Which plan should I start on?
Spark if you are getting your first steady orders and want MuteAI answering for you. Momentum is where most businesses land — it adds broadcasts, automations and a bigger credit allowance. Empire is for brands running distributors, closers and wholesale, and it takes no commission on your online sales.
Do I need a card to try a plan?
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial and no card up front. If you decide not to continue, nothing is charged — your products, orders and customers stay exactly where they are.
What are message credits?
MuteAI runs on credits: each conversation it handles on your storefront or on WhatsApp draws from your monthly allowance. Every paid plan tops back up at the start of each month, and you can buy more at any time if a campaign runs hot.
What happens to my commission when I upgrade?
It falls with the plan. Each tier lowers the percentage we keep from the online sales we collect for you, and on the top tier we take nothing at all — the subscription is the whole cost.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction. Move up the moment you need MuteAI or the distribution network, and move down if a season is quieter. Your products, orders and customers stay exactly where they are.
Quarterly or yearly — which should I pick?
Quarterly if you are still finding your rhythm, yearly if you know this is your platform: paying yearly costs meaningfully less over the same period. You can switch when the term renews.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer through Paystack, in naira. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each term, and you can cancel before renewal from Settings → Billing.
